General Information
- What do I do if I receive a wrong/faulty or missing item?
We take great care in preparing and shipping our items. If you happen to receive the wrong product, a faulty item, or something is missing, please reach out to us at hello@mooncactus.club. We’ll be happy to sort it out for you! When contacting us, kindly include your order number and photos of the item.
- What if I want to order an item that’s sold out?
No worries! Just email us at hello@mooncactus.club to place a pre-order. Please allow 7-10 working days for your item to be crafted and shipped.
Orders and Shipments
- When will my items arrive?
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours.
Within the UAE: Orders placed before 2pm are eligible for next-day delivery. Orders placed after 2pm will be delivered within 2 working days.
International Shipping: Once your order is shipped, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days.
Please note that customized orders and pre-orders may take up to 10 days to complete.
- Can I change my address after my order has been confirmed?
Yes, as long as your order hasn't been dispatched yet. Just email us at hello@mooncactus.club, and we'll update your information.

Item Care
- How can I take care of my Moon Cactus piece?
Keep your piece away from water, perfume, and definitely the gym! A little love goes a long way in keeping it looking fabulous.
- What if my item breaks?
No worries! We’ll fix it for you at no extra cost. Just email us at hello@mooncactus.club with your order ID and a photo of the item, and we’ll let you know how to proceed from there.
