Returns & Refunds

To return an item, just reach out to us at hello@mooncactus.club within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll arrange a refund to your original payment method.

We accept returns or exchanges for full-priced items under these conditions:

• The item must be in its original, unused state.
• The item should be free from any scents such as deodorant, perfume, body odor, or detergents.
• You must request a return within 7 days.

Faulty Items

We’re all about quality, but if you find a defect in your item, please provide details in your email. Once we receive the item, refunds for faulty products will be processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method. We’re here to make things right as quickly and smoothly as possible!
